Accessories for Your
Royal TimePilot System

We offer several items that can enhance your Royal TimePilot experience:

• TimePilot PC: Clock in and out at your PC screen! Works with your Royal TimePilot system to create an all-in-one time and attendance solution.
• iButtons: Packs of 5, 10, 30, 50, 100 and 200.
• Annual Support Agreement: 12 months of unlimited support via telephone or e-mail, and free upgrades to new versions of the TimePilot software that are released during the term of your agreement.
• TimePilot IV software upgrade: This all-new product is the next generation of TimePilot software. We've taken the best parts of our previous version, added features suggested by our customers and come up with a faster, simpler, more powerful product. It's also 64- and 32-bit Windows 7 compatible.
• Cable: If you have Royal TimePilot Standard, your system came with 50 feet of cable. If you want to mount your timeclock farther away, we can provide cable up to 1,000 feet in length.
• QuickBooks Pro: As a Royal TimePilot customer, you're entitled to a special discount on QuickBooks Pro.

TimePilot PC

Our software-based time and attendance system allows employees to clock in and out at their PCs.

TimePilot PC can be used on its own or combined with your Royal TimePilot system to give employees a variety of ways to clock in and out. For example, employees in your manufacturing areas can clock in at your Royal TimePilot timeclock with iButtons, and employees in your front office can clock in at their computers using a four-digit code.

All time and attendance data is processed using the same Royal TimePilot software that you use today.

Cost: $249    

For an added level of security, TimePilot PC users can be required to clock in with iButtons (using the iButton Receptor, an optional accessory that can be ordered here). Want to know more about iButtons? See the item below.

iButtons

Need more iButtons? No problem! You received iButtons for 10 employees with your Royal TimePilot system, but it can handle as many as 2,000. They're available in Black, Green, Red, Yellow, Gray, Blue, Orange, Brown, Purple, Teal, Peach and Light Blue.

Cost:

• 5 for $39.50
• 10 for $59
• 30 for $159 ($18 savings over three 10-packs)
• 50 for $249 ($46 savings over five 10-packs)
• 100 for $449 ($141 savings over ten 10-packs)
• 200 for $715 ($465 savings over twenty 10-packs)

  

Annual Support Agreement

This 12-month agreement entitles you to:

• Free updates to your TimePilot PC software when a revision is released within the 12 months after purchase.
• 12 months of unlimited technical support via telephone or e-mail. Our support staff can help with questions on things like:
  • TimePilot specifications.
  • TimePilot setup.
  • Upgrading to a new version of the software.
  • Moving your system to a new computer.
  • Using your system with a server.
  • Preparing your data for payroll.
  • Exporting your data into payroll software or preparing it for a payroll service.
  • Generating reports.
  • TimePilot database repair.

TimePilot IV Software Upgrade

All-new software for your Royal TimePilot Standard system. (TimePilot Standard is no longer manufactured and has been replaced by TimePilot Vetro.)

Faster, simpler and more powerful. Windows 7 (64- and 32-bit) compatible.

Cost: $119     

Cable

This is a replacement for the 50-foot cable that comes with the Royal TimePilot Standard system. It comes ready to go right out of the box, with connectors installed.

Price: $29.00  

Need longer lengths of cable?

Sometimes the included 50 feet of cable for your Royal TimePilot Standard system isn't enough. Custom lengths of cable up to 1,000 feet are also available at 80 cents per foot. The custom lengths also include connectors. Please contact us for details on custom lengths.

Please note: If you choose to use your own cable to connect the timeclock station to your PC, you could damage your system and will void all warranties, express and implied.

QuickBooks Pro

Your Royal TimePilot system will prepare your time and attendance data to be used by QuickBooks Pro and above.
