Trouble Downloading PDFs?

Are you getting error messages when you try to download any of the documents in Adobe Acrobat format (PDF) from our web site?

Sometimes Microsoft Internet Explorer gives you a "Could Not Find Acrobat External Windows Handler" error message and prevents you from clicking on a link to open documents in Adobe Acrobat format. There are several ways to get around the problem:

Fix 1. When the box below pops up, click "Save" and save a copy of the PDF to your desktop or another spot on your hard drive. After it's downloaded, double-click the file to open it.  

Fix 2: Try the suggested solutions on the Adobe web site. The suggestions can be found here: http://www.adobe.com/support/techdocs/326299.html

Fix 3: Try another web browser: The highly-regarded Mozilla Firefox and Opera both open PDFs without problems. They're both free and co-exist well with Internet Explorer.
