TimePilot IV Software Upgrade

This is the newest version of the highly regarded TimePilot software. It's even easier to use than our previous version, it's chock full of new features and it's compatible with all versions of Windows 7 and  Windows Vista, as well as with Windows XP (with Service Pack 2) and Windows 2000.

TimePilot IV began shipping with TimePilot timeclocks in September, 2010. Users of most existing TimePilot timeclocks can purchase a software upgrade that will give them the latest version. The software upgrade comes with a program that will import your existing settings and employees to the software's new format. For details, see below. 

Some of the features:

• Perform most functions on a single screen. In the software's previous versions, you would set up your system and employees in one module and then switch to a second module to work with employee data. Now it's all in one place: TimePilot Central (shown above).
• Customize the TimePilot Central screen to show only the data you want (dozens of possibilities!).
• Three levels of overtime.
• Multiple overtime policies.
• Real-time calculation of overtime.
• More report options.
• Multiple pay types, which can include jury duty, bereavement and paid time off.
• More flexible handling of breaks.
• Supervisors can attach notes to any transaction.
• TimePilot PC users will see a newly designed timeclock on their screen.
• In TimePilot PC, supervisors can set the system to enable employees to view—but not change—their clock-ins and clock-outs during the pay period.

The TimePilot IV software is compatible with all versions of TimePilot Vetro, TimePilot Extreme and TimePilot PC. TimePilot IV is also compatible with later versions of TimePilot Standard, a product that has been replaced by TimePilot Vetro. See below for more details.
