TimePilot PC Trial Disk
This CD will allow you to try TimePilot PC before you buy without having to take the time to download the entire program. (Please note that you can download the trial version for free by clicking here.) The software will stop working after 30 days unless you enter a registration code provided by us. When you purchase TimePilot PC, you will receive the registration code, the program on CD and a printed version of the user manual. The setup information entered into the trial version, as well as the data collected, will be transferred automatically to the permanent version of the software.
When you receive your disk and start the installation, you'll be offered a choice of TimePilot programs to install.
- If you're planning to use one computer for the evaluation, make sure you install "TimePilot Central" as well as "TimePilot PC." You'll be able to clock in and out at that computer as well as work with the data collected.
- If you're planning to use the program on a network with employees clocking in at their desks, you'll download the program on each computer that will be used. Install TimePilot Central on the computer(s) that will be used by supervisor(s) and TimePilot PC on the computer(s) that will be used by employees.
When the installation is complete, you'll have desktop icons for TimePilot Central or TimePilot PC or both parts of the program.

TimePilot Corporation warranty*: For one year after you purchase a TimePilot Extreme System, we will repair or replace (at our discretion) any malfunctioning hardware. The purchaser pays only the shipping to return the malfunctioning part to us.
Return policy*: If you are dissatisfied for any reason during the first 30 days after you purchase a TimePilot hardware product (TimePilot Extreme and Vetro, iButtons, iButton Receptor, etc.) from TimePilot Corporation, we will refund the purchase price if you return the product to us, freight prepaid and insured for the value of the product. If you choose this option, we hope that you will take a few minutes to help us understand why. Please be sure to call us for an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) number before returning the product. Please note: TimePilot software-only products such as the TimePilot IV Upgrade and TimePilot PC can be exchanged if the disk is defective, but we cannot offer refunds on software. *Notes: The money-back guarantee and warranty are void if the system is returned in a damaged state for any reason, including damage that occurs because of failure to follow installation instructions. If you choose to use your own cable to connect the timeclock station to your PC, you could damage your system and will void all guarantees and warranties, express and implied.
