Free TimePilot PC Trial
We're so confident that you'll like TimePilot PC, our software-only time and attendance system, that we're offering a fully functional 30-day free trial of our software. This gives you a chance to see how easy it is to use and how much time and money it will save you.
Before you start your trial download, please fill out the short questionnaire below. After you submit the questionnaire, you'll be taken to a page where you can download the software.
Important notes:
- The download is 86 megabytes; if you prefer, you can order the trial version on CD for $20. Please click here to place your order.
- The instruction manual is available online here; more information is available at the Support Center.
- The trial version of the software will stop working after 30 days unless you enter a registration code provided by us. When you purchase TimePilot PC, you will receive the registration code, the program on CD and a printed version of the user manual. The setup information that was entered into the trial version, as well as the data collected, will automatically be transferred to the permanent version of the software. - You can install the evaluation version in two ways:
- The simplest installation is to put TimePilot Central, which is used by supervisors to set up and work with the time and attendance data, and TimePilot PC, which is used by employees to clock in and out, on the same computer.
- If you have a network, you can install TimePilot Central on the supervisors' computers and TimePilot PC on the employees' computers. For the evaluation period, you can install the TimePilot PC program on dozens of employee computers, if you want. If you purchase the program, you'll need to make sure you have a seat license for each employee installation.
- Need increased security? You can add the iButton Receptor to your TimePilot PC system to allow employees to clock with a tap of their iButton.
