TimePilot PC Features

We have two versions of TimePilot PC: A single-user license version and a five-user license version.

The single-user version allows the software to be installed on one computer, and up to 2,000 employees clock in and out at that PC.
The five-user version allows the software to be installed on up to five PCs, and if they are networked, the five PCs can share the TimePilot database, allowing up to 2,000 employees to clock in or out at any of the PCs.

Whichever version you purchase, additional licenses, allowing you to install the software on additional PCs, are available and inexpensive. Click here for more information and pricing.

TimePilot PC Accessories

There are a number of accessories available for your TimePilot PC system. They include:

The iButton Receptor, which can be attached to a PC and enables you to use the iButton for clocking in.
iButtons are available in any of 12 different colors.
Additional licenses are also available. You can add extra licenses to the one or five your system came with to allow you to install TimePilot PC on more of your company's computers. Licenses come in packs of 5, 10 and 25.

Employees can view their clock-ins and clock-outs for the pay period (if allowed by supervisors).

Password-protected "TimePilot Central," gives only authorized persons access to employee data.

Supervisors can attach a note to any transaction.

Automatic calculation and monitoring of overtime.

Complete report generation.

Ability to set bonus/penalty policies.

Snap-to function: Allows employees to clock in early and not be on the clock until their official starting time.

Forced In/Out function: Supervisors can restrict an employee's ability to clock in or out.

Absentee and on-time reporting and monitoring.

Employee break monitoring: The system can be set to ignore transactions made within a specified time period.

If you choose this option, we hope that you will take a few minutes to help us understand why. Please be sure to call us for an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) number before returning the product. Please note: TimePilot software-only products such as the TimePilot IV Upgrade and TimePilot PC can be exchanged if the disk is defective, but we cannot offer refunds on software.
