All About
TimePilot Standard
With the TimePilot Standard time and attendance system, each employee
clocks in with their own iButton at a wall-mounted time clock. Each
iButton identifies the employee to the system and is unique, thus making
it far more difficult for employees to "buddy-punch."
When the employee clocks in and out, their name and--optionally--the
number of work hours they have accumulated in the current pay period
appear on the screen. At the same time, the clock-in or clock-out data
is transmitted instantly to your PC or server, and a supervisor can see
that the employee is clocked in or out.
The powerful TimePilot software consists of four modules:
- In/Out Manager: Shows the clocked-in/clocked-out status
of all employees in real time.
- Hardware Manager: Used to connect the PC and the time
clock.
- Configuration Manager: This password-protected module is
used to configure your system and set up employees on the system.
- Transaction Manager: Supervisors use this
password-protected module to prepare their time and attendance data
for payroll. In it they can modify the data, generate reports and
export the data in a format that can be read by a spreadsheet
program like Microsoft Excel or by many of the leading payroll
services and software packages.
If you have a network, you can have multiple TimePilot Standard time
clocks throughout your facility, all feeding their data into a single
database on your server. (Each Standard time clock needs to be cabled to
a PC.)
TimePilot Standard also can be combined with
TimePilot PC and
TimePilot Extreme to create a
single time and attendance system that fits your business's needs
perfectly.
All TimePilot time and attendance systems use the same management
software; once you know one, you know them all. Your company can
be up and running
on TimePilot Standard for as little as $295.
If time is
money in your business,
can you afford not to have one? |
