TimePilot Vetro's Top Features

  • The sleek black screen displays just the time and the date when the clock isn't being used; one touch activates the backlit blue keypad. (Try it by rolling your cursor over the keypad in the image at right.)
  • No moving parts.
  • Use it with an iButton, a four-digit ID code, or both.
  • Works with TimePilot's On-Premise Edition software or Cloud-Based Edition software.
  • Standalone OR networkable:
    • In Standalone Mode, the device keeps clock-ins and clock-outs in memory until you download them to the included USB drive. Then you plug the USB drive into your computer running the TimePilot Central software to prepare the data for payroll.
    • In Network Mode, clock-ins and clock-outs are sent instantly to your server and can be viewed in the TimePilot Central software. Network down? No problem! Just use the USB drive as described above to collect your data.
Note: For more on Standalone and Network Modes, click here.)
  • Employees clock in and out with a single iButton, and iButtons can be re-assigned using the powerful, easy-to-use TimePilot Central software.
  • Each clock holds 12,000 clock-ins and clock-outs. For 20 employees clocking in and out four times a day, that's 150 days!
  • Each TimePilot Vetro clock can handle up to 500 employees.
  • Each clock contains a battery that keeps current time in the event of a power outage. Employees won't be able to clock in or out during an outage, but the time will not have to be reset on the clock when power is restored. To keep employees clocking in and out during an outage, add our Vetro Battery Backup.
  • The software is compatible with 64- or 32-bit version of Windows 8 and higher, as well as Windows Windows Server 2008 and higher.
  • TimePilot Vetro works well with our other time and attendance products, TimePilot Extreme Blue Enhanced and TimePilot Tap. Mix and match the products to create your perfect time and attendance system.
