The solution:
The TimePilot Standard time clock station is mounted where it's convenient for employees to clock in and out. The cable from the station runs to a PC, where the TimePilot software is installed. This PC must be running at all times for people to be able to clock in and out. The PC is used by the company's office manager, who uses it to keep track of who's in and who's out. When it's time to do the payroll, the office manager uses the PC to prepare the time and attendance data for payroll processing.
