Setup Examples
The situation:
A time clock and a single PC connected to a Local Area Network
(LAN).
The solution:
The TimePilot Standard time clock station is mounted where it's
convenient for employees to clock in and out. The cable from the station runs
to a PC (workstation) that is on the company's local area network. The time and
attendance information is fed from the PC to a mapped drive on the
server. When it's time to do the payroll, the office manager
uses their PC to prepare the time and attendance data for payroll
processing.
