Technical Support Package

While the TimePilot systems are easy to install and use, there may be times when you need help. For the first 90 days after your purchase, TimePilot offers free technical support. After those 90 days expire, we also offer an annual technical support agreement:

Annual Technical Support Agreement

This option provides 12 months of technical support via telephone and e-mail. It also includes free updates to the TimePilot software should any updates be issued during the term of the agreement.

Cost:

  • $100 for the first year if purchased with TimePilot Standard or TimePilot PC.
     
    • TimePilot Standard and Support Bundle
       
    • TimePilot PC and Support Bundle

  • $129 for other first-time purchasers and for renewals. 

 

Note: Technical support contracts are available to users of TimePilot Standard (USB-based), TimePilot Extreme and TimePilot PC. If your time clock looks like the one at right (an obsolete serial port-based system), an annual support contract is not available, but technical support is available at $99 per incident by contacting us at Support@TimePilot.com or calling us at 1.630.879.6400.
