Technical Support Package
While TimePilot systems are easy to install and use, there may be times when you need help. For the first 30 days after your purchase, TimePilot offers free technical support. After those 30 days pass, we also offer an annual technical support agreement:
Annual Technical Support Agreement
This option provides 12 months of technical support via telephone and e-mail. It also includes free updates to the TimePilot software should any updates be issued during the term of the agreement.
Cost:
- $100 for the first year if purchased with TimePilot Tap+, Extreme, Vetro or TimePilot PC.
Note:Technical support contracts are available to users of
TimePilot Tap+, TimePilot Vetro,
TimePilot Extreme, TimePilot PC and
TimePilot Standard (USB-based). If your timeclock looks like the one
at right (an obsolete serial port-based system that has been replaced by TimePilot Vetro),
an annual support contract is not available, but technical support is available at $99 per incident by
contacting us at Support@TimePilot.com or calling us at 1.630.879.6400.
