In Standalone Mode, the device keeps clock-ins and clock-outs in memory until you download them to the included USB drive. Then you plug the USB drive into your computer running the TimePilot Central software to prepare the data for payroll.
In Network Mode, clock-ins and clock-outs are sent instantly to your server and can be viewed in the TimePilot Central software. Network down? No problem! Just use the USB drive as described above to collect your data.

Each clock holds 12,000 clock-ins and clock-outs. For 20 employees clocking in and out four times a day, that's 150 days!
Each TimePilot Vetro clock can handle up to 500 employees.
Each clock contains a battery that keeps current time in the event of a power outage. Employees won't be able to clock in or out during an outage, but the time will not have to be reset on the clock when power is restored.
