Time clock

  • Plastic housing with polycarbonate capacitive touchpad and LCD screen.
  • When touched, LEDs behind touchpad illuminate to indicate buttons.
  • Two iButton probes: One for clock-ins and one for clock-outs.
  • No moving parts.
  • Up to 500 employees and 12,000 transactions per clock, multiple clocks per system.
  • USB port on right side of clock.
  • Network port and power supply port on bottom of clock.
  • Internal battery keeps accurate time even if power goes out, eliminating the need to reset the time on the clock after a power outage.
  • Audible and visual signal when employees clock in and out.

Minimum user PC requirements

  • If you'll be putting your database on your server, Windows Windows Server 2008 and higher.
  • 8 gigabytes of RAM.
  • 30 gigabytes available on hard disk.
  • 1 available USB port.
  • Internet access to install software.

Software

  • Clock-in and clock-out times are recorded down to the second.
  • The TimePilot 5 management software can handle multiple clocks and unlimited employees. Works with the On-Premise Edition of the software, which installs the TimePilot database on your server or PC, or the Cloud-Based Edition, which allows you to access your data from anywhere there's an internet connection.
  • The Cloud-based version includes free TimePilot Mobile smartphone apps and our desktop software-only app, TimePilot PC.

Tech support

  • Cloud-Based: Unlimited phone and email support for as long as you use the system.
  • On-Premise Based: 30 days to get you up and running; available for an annual fee afterward.
