How do I add an employee to my Extreme Blue system?

  1. Add the employee in TimePilot Central.
  2. In Clock Manager, right-click the Sky App icon associated with this phone and select “Edit ID assignments.”
  3. Check the employee you just added and click “Save.”
  4. If you have the app open, touch and drag down on the screen showing your list of employees. This will update/refresh the active list of employees assigned to this phone. If you don’t have it open, the new name will appear next time you start the app.
