TimePilot PC is a software-based time clock that lets employees clock in and out directly from their computer. As part of TimePilot’s Cloud Edition, TimePilot PC can be installed on as many computers as needed at no extra cost, seamlessly integrating with TimePilot Mobile and other TimePilot time and attendance products. Whether in an office or working remotely, employees can clock in with a click, and supervisors can manage time data effortlessly.
TimePilot PC software is accessible via any internet browser on any computer where employees will clock in and out. It serves as a virtual time clock, eliminating the need for physical hardware.
Clock-in and clock-out records are automatically sent to the TimePilot Cloud database, where supervisors access them through the TimePilot 5 Cloud-Based Edition management software. From there, they can view and edit employee time records, generate reports for payroll processing, and export data in formats compatible with Microsoft Excel and leading payroll services.
