Installation

To add a TimePilot PC clock to your TimePilot system, follow these steps:

  1. In TimePilot Central, click the the Clock Manager Tab.
  2. Click the "Add New Clock" button near the top of the screen.
  3. Select TimePilot PC and click "Next."
  4. On the screen that appears, enter a name for this TimePilot PC clock. The name is used to identify the clock for you in Clock Manager.
  5. Select the employees who are allowed to clock in and out on this installation of TimePilot PC.
  6. If you want the employee(s) who will use this clock to be able to clock in and out with their four-digit ID number, check the box ar the bottom of the screen.
  7. Click "Next."
  8. Using the link that appears on the next screen, download and install TimePilot PC on the computer where this installation will be used.
  9. Start the newly installed TimePilot PC and enter the registration number displayed in the previous step. Note: You can also retrieve this registration number after you click "Finish" by right-clicking on the TimePilot PC's icon in Clock Manager and selecting Properties.
  10. Click "OK."
  11. You have now completed the setup process. Click here to see how to use TimePilot PC.
