I work for a small medical group practice with 15 employees. I have used the Vetro time system for over 8 years. Prior, employees used the old handwritten time cards, and there was plenty of room for error. The system was installed and set up by an employee and myself. We have had no problems with the software or hardware. The reports are easily accessible, and I am able to input time in/out easily. It is very user-friendly and the support is exceptional. I would highly recommend this product.
