Annual Technical Support Agreement

  • 12 months of technical support via telephone or e-mail. Our support technicians are available Monday through Friday (excluding holidays) from 8:30 a.m. to 5 p.m. Central time.

Note: Technical support contracts are available to users of TimePilot Standard (USB-based), TimePilot Extreme and TimePilot PC. If your time clock looks like the one at right (a serial port-based system), an annual support contract is not available, but technical support is available at $99 per incident.

Shipping: Our prices include insurance and shipping via UPS Ground to anywhere in the continental U.S. Please contact us to arrange for other shipping arrangements or shipping to destinations outside the continental U.S.

Payment Options: We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover Card. To order our products COD, we require a certified check and a $12 fee. Please contact us for details. If you're ordering by credit card and wish to have your purchases shipped to an address other than the cardholder's, please call us at (630) 879-6400.

Privacy: We take your privacy seriously. We will never sell or share any of the information you provide to us, and we use secure servers to handle our online purchases.

Return policy: If you are dissatisfied for any reason during the first 30 days after you purchase a TimePilot Extreme or TimePilot Standard system, we will refund the purchase price if you return the system to us, freight prepaid and insured for the value of the system. If you choose this option, we hope that you will take a few minutes to help us understand why. Please be sure to call us for an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) number before returning the system. TimePilot software-only products such as TimePilot PC can be exchanged if the disk is defective. We cannot offer refunds on software, which is why we offer our 30-day free trial on TimePilot PC.
