Subscription policy and canceling/unsubscribing from TimePilot 5 Cloud service

When you purchase a TimePilot Cloud-Based product, your credit card on file will automatically be charged the renewal subscription fee at the start of each service period. For our annual customers, TimePilot will send you a reminder listing the then-current subscription fee no less than thirty (30) days and no more than sixty (60) days before your subscription term ends, or otherwise as required by applicable law.

TimePilot may change the price for recurring subscription fees from time to time with notice to you. Any price changes will take effect at the start of the next subscription period following the date of the price change. If you do not agree with the price change, you may unsubscribe prior to the price change going into effect.

Cancel/Unsubscribe form

You can cancel a subscription at any time by clicking the button at right, filling out and submitting the form that appears.

We cannot offer refunds on software or subscription services. If you are not sure TimePilot is for you, you can try a 5-employee subscription for a month to give the product an inexpensive tryout. After a month, if you like the product, you can continue the monthly subscription or contact our Sales Department at Sales@TimePilot.com or 630-879-6400 to move to an annual subscription and/or add employees.
