Extreme Blue time clocks are rugged, weatherproof, battery-powered and designed to be used at worksites and other outdoor areas.

TimePilot offers three products that use Extreme Blue clocks. All three also use the TimePilot Blue Sky app on your iPhone or Android smartphone to collect data from the clocks. The three products are:

  • Extreme Blue: Customers who use this product do all their calculations in the Blue Sky app. This version has limited functionality: It comes without PC software and while the app totals up employee hours, it does not produce reports or export the data to a payroll service or program. It is intended for very small organizations.
  • Extreme Blue Enhanced with On-Premise Edition software: In this version, customers use the Blue Sky app to collect the data from Extreme Blue clocks, and their smartphone transmits the data immediately to their database, which resides on the customer's server or PC. The Windows-based TimePilot 5 management software allows you to view the data in different ways as well as generate reports and prepare the data for a payroll service like ADP or Paychex or payroll software like QuickBooks. This version is intended for small and medium organizations with a few remote worksites. It is a one-time purchase; to add employees, just add iButtons.
  • Extreme Blue Enhanced with Cloud Edition software: This version is intended for larger organizations, those with multiple worksites and/or those with employees working remotely. In this version, the data collected by the clocks is transmitted from the Blue Sky app to the organization's database, which resides in the Cloud. That means that a supervisor running the TimePilot 5 management software can access that data no matter where they are (as long as they have an internet connection). For this product, customers purchase the Extreme Blue clock and subscribe to the software and apps. It also comes with several bonuses:
    • TimePilot Mobile, a free app that allows employees to clock in and out on their smartphones.
    • TimePilot PC, a free program that allows employees to clock in and out right on their computer desktops.
    • Free tech support by email or phone.
