Extreme Blue and Extreme Blue Enhanced: Perfect for the job site.

Extreme Blue systems are rugged, weatherproof, battery-powered and designed to be used at worksites and other outdoor areas.

They can be used three different ways:

  • Extreme Blue Enhanced in a Cloud-based system: These systems store your data in the Cloud, allowing you to access the data anywhere there's an internet connection using the new TimePilot 5 Windows-based software.
  • Extreme Blue Enhanced in an On-Premise system: These systems work much like the Cloud-based systems, but your database resides on your server or your PC.
  • Extreme Blue in a system without software: These systems have limited functionality and are used with smartphone apps, not PC software.

Joining the Extreme Blue clocks are our iPhone and Android smartphone apps that are used to collect data from the clocks. You'll need to use the new apps with the new clocks. Don't worry, though, if you also have the older Extreme Blue clocks: The new apps work just as well with those. You can learn more about the apps here.

As always the apps are free, and available for iPhones at the App Store and for Android smartphones at Google Play.

 How the systems differ

TimePilot Extreme Blue Enhanced

Extreme Blue Enhanced is intended for larger organizations or those with multiple worksites.

  • Cloud-Based Edition: TimePilot creates a database for your company in the Cloud. Data from the clocks is sent there and accessed by the TimePilot 5 management software anywhere there's an internet connection. The Cloud version also includes free smartphone apps for your employees, which allow them to clock in and out on their phones, as well as free tech support for as long as you use the product.
  • On-Premise Edition: The TimePilot database resides on your server or PC and can be accessed on your network. You receive 30 days of free tech support to get you up and running; tech support is available for a fee after 30 days.
