Installation and setup

Follow the instructions for installing and setting up your TimePilot Central software. When you complete the TimePilot Central setup, you can install the TimePilot Mobile app for each phone.

To add a TimePilot Mobile clock, start TimePilot Central and follow these steps:

  1. Click the the Clock Manager Tab.
  2. Click the "Add New Clock" button near the top of the screen.
  3. Select the TimePilot Mobile clock and click "Next." (see screenshot below)
  4. Select the employee associated with this phone and download and install TimePilot Mobile from the App Store or Google Play.
  5. Click Next in TimePilot Central.
  6. In TimePilot Central, a screen will appear with a 21-digit registration code. When you start the app for the first time, enter this code and tap "Register." (see screenshots below)

    Note: You can also retrieve the registration number after you click "Finish" by right-clicking on the appropriate TimePilot Mobile icon in Clock Manager and selecting "Properties."

Congratulations! You have completed the setup process and the app is ready for the employee to use to clock in and out. The icon that will appear on the phone is shown at right. Click here to see how to use the app
